Weddings & Events Reservations
A security deposit of $3,000 USD is required for weddings or events at the villa.
An Event Fee is charged for all Events. The fee may be flexible based on the number of guests.
In the event of a wedding, the services of a wedding coordinator are highly recommended. A caterer is suggested for weddings, receptions, and special dinners for 27 or more people. This number includes the number of guests staying at the villa.
The Client is responsible for all rental equipment fees. The lower level of the villa has a palapa and bar, pool, and access to the beach. The lower level can accommodate a maximum of 180 dinner guests with rented tables and chairs. The main floor can accommodate a total of 46 dinner guests. The villa can seat 26 diners using its existing tables and chairs. The maximum number of guests for weddings and events includes the number of guests staying at the villa.
The staff works Monday through Saturday. Their services are available on Sunday for an extra fee.
